Pricing FAQ

 

Q:  How much are your services? 

A: All of my services are customized to an individual’s needs. One-time services are a set price, however, packaged plans are a better value. Request a price sheet by using the  contact  form. 


Q: Why do you charge what you charge outside of overhead and general small business expenses?

A: My education in the fields of fitness and nutrition is continuous. You are paying for recommendations that are evidenced-based and are supported by the latest research. I also am getting formal training for my certifications to keep them up-to-date. This education has a cost to it. I do not pass this along to my clients; however, it is a factor in the value of services I can provide to my clients. 

     -Uniqueness and customization: All of my clients, regardless of service, will get the best and unmatched personalized support. You are paying for a customized service that is not copied and pasted from a website nor is it taken from a text book. That also means there are customizable packages and thus varying prices. 

     -Research time: There are times when your health condition or unique personal situation may require me to do additional research to ensure that you receive the appropriate service and that your sessions are safe tailored to meet your unique needs. 

     -Travel time: I like to serve my clients in the best way possible. Sometimes that means traveling to and from their place of business or their home. This is a set price per miles and can be included in packages. 

Q: What do you charge for speaking events/small group seminars or workshops? 

A: Please use the contact section to inquire about your specific request. 

 

Q:  What if my job transfers me and/or I have an injury or some other event that makes me unable to continue our relationship?

A: Each situation will be evaluated and monies returned if services have not yet been rendered or an alternative relationship cannot be established. I work remotely with clients so if it is as simple as a move we may be able to just move to a remote relationship vs an in-person one. 

 

Q: Will I get a refund if I am not satisfied with your services? 

A: I hope that is not the case, but I know this can happen. I ensure the satisfaction of my clients through expectation setting and regular check-ins. Honesty and open communication from both parties is necessary to ensure we are on the same page.  If you decide to terminate our relationship due to a dissatisfaction in services provided up to that point I will refund your money for any unused services. 

 

Q: Do you offer a’la carte services?

A: Yes. Most services can be done as a one-time session or added onto a package. 

 

Q: How do I pay you?

A: You may use Venmo,  Pay Pal, cash, check, bank transfers, or money order. Credit Card payments can be used through Pay Pal/Venmo but there is a fee associated with their use. 

 

Q: Do you require clients to buy products and/or memberships to get use your services?

A: No. I definitely believe that certain supplements are beneficial depending on your goals, and I will certainly recommend products if you are not reaching your goals or you inquire about something specific. I do not require you to have a gym membership nor do I have membership fees that I ask you to pay. See more on on this at the Fitness FAQ page.
